Kim began working with a residential home builder in 2004 in the accounting department. After 2008, she then moved to a RE/MAX office as the Director of Production and Finance where she realized her passion was more focused on the back end of real estate. From there she went to work for a Keller Williams team as their Office Manager / Closing Coordinator where she was able to perfect the listing and under contract process. After wanting a little more freedom and responsibility, she then went to a company that trained assistants for real estate agents. When an agent wasn't ready to hire, but still needed some help, she would step in and manage their listings and contracts. This is where she found her niche! Kim was given the reigns to create and run the Virtual Services department where she set up a fail-proof system of checklists and procedures.
She was then presented with an opportunity to start her own company helping a handful of agents whom she had built strong relationships with. She says, "I find so much joy in being able to help agents and clients, and keep everything organized for all parties throughout a transaction."
When Kim is not hard at work being a "Busy Bee", she enjoys relaxing at home with her family on their farm, reading, exploring the mountains, and riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle.
